So for the few people who randomly check my website, I've made a few changes, added images to some of the slideshows, and changed the format for the slideshows all in an effort to make the site easier for me to update and for viewers to enjoy. Hope everyone likes it.
Additionally, I'm working up some assignments/ideas to keep myself occupied. Look for the resultant images soon.

Absence
The downside to immediately moving on from the completion of my Degree to the task of buying a home is that there's no time to reflect on where you've been or where you're going (not to mention missing two MFA application deadlines, d'oh!). The upside is, that task is now complete, and with our move to beautiful Pomona, California (and there is zero sarcasm in that statement), I feel inspired to get my ass in gear for the next phase of my life as an artist. I have an extremely supportive wife in Ms. Sarah Sharp, I am close to a rapidly developing arts community, I still have great friends who are excellent artists, and whose work and skill continue to inspire me, and I have lots to look forward to (and lots to work on). Next two priority projects: acquire a 4x5 field camera, get accepted to a graduate program.

40th Annual...
I've been waiting for something significant to write about in my first blog post, and that significant something is now. After indecision, nightmares, semi-frantic frame assembly and some borrowed/stolen photocopies (to the VRC, I will have change on Monday and will pay for my copies, I promise), I had six of the images from my growing Lost Arts project accepted for the 40th Annual Student Exhibition at Cal State San Bernardino. Huzzah!
